About the Role

What You Bring

We are seeking a flexible, motivated Senior Aviation Planner passionate about the aviation sector. You will work within a multidisciplinary team on a variety of projects, supporting planning and design for airfields, terminals, landside areas, and operational domains. Ideal candidates hold a university degree or diploma in engineering, architecture, planning, or related fields, with experience in aviation planning, master‑plan development, layout design, and feasibility studies. Proficiency with FAA advisory circulars, TRB ACRP guidelines, and tools such as AutoCAD/Civil 3D, Power BI, AviPlan, AirTOP, CAST, Infraworks, Revit, or Navisworks is essential. Knowledge of simulation, modelling, and regulatory guidelines for airport operations enhances the profile. We look for proactive professionals who are eager to learn and grow, with a positive, team‑oriented mindset. Strong problem‑solving, independent work, and project‑management abilities are required, including supervision of resources and junior staff. Excellent verbal and written communication, client‑relationship building, and attention to detail are critical for delivering presentations, reports, and technical drawings.
