About the Role
• Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and epics. • Own and prioritize the product backlog, managing user stories and decomposing epics into features. • Plan, manage, and track product funding, overseeing budget and profit plans. • Develop and maintain product‑specific personas and customer journeys. • Collaborate with business stakeholders and customers to define outcomes, KPIs, and priorities. • Communicate goals for product increments and releases. • Facilitate sessions and provide coaching to lead and influence diverse teams.

What You Bring

Applicants with arrest or conviction histories will be considered in accordance with local Fair Chance laws, and no background check is required until a conditional offer is made. • Hold a bachelor’s degree; preferred MS in Engineering, Computer Science, or MBA. • Minimum 5 years in highly complex accounting projects and programs. • At least 7 years of experience as analyst, project manager, engineer, business manager, or program lead on complex accounting initiatives. • 2 + years of experience as a Product Owner or equivalent within a large global corporation. • Expertise in SAP Project Systems and Oracle Project Accounting, including WBS, project lifecycles, and financial postings. • Understanding integration points between project accounting systems and other enterprise tools. • Knowledge of financial compliance requirements and internal controls. • Practical experience with product management and modern product delivery processes. • Experience working with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban software delivery teams. • Familiarity with DevSecOps principles and modern software development practices such as code management, test automation, APIs, microservices, and cloud services. • Demonstrate strong teamwork, self‑motivation, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
