About the Role
Schneider Electric is hiring a Distribution Director Account Manager to lead the company's distributor and wholesaler network. The role is responsible for fostering strong partnerships, overseeing contract negotiations, coordinating order fulfillment and financial processes, and delivering regular performance insights. The successful candidate will ensure timely payments, maintain optimal days‑sales‑outstanding, and drive key performance indicators such as bookings, on‑time delivery, and brand visibility across the LS product line. They will also support marketing initiatives, customer training, and continuous improvement of promotional materials. • Build and maintain relationships with distributor and wholesaler management and cross‑functional teams (sales, marketing, supply chain) • Negotiate and finalize customer contract terms • Coordinate ordering, logistics, and finance with EPS, FZE, and CME teams • Monitor customer payments and accounts receivable to keep DSO within target • Generate sales, booking, and order progress reports for distributors • Consolidate monthly sales and stock data from customers into a single report • Oversee campaigns for residential product lines LS (WD, VDI, CMS) and FLV (LC, MCB, ECB, SS) • Organize training seminars for customers in partnership with Marketing • Update literature and promotional tools to ensure optimal SE visibility in showrooms • Prepare comprehensive monthly activity, sales, partner, and news reports • Achieve targeted booking, DSO, on‑time delivery, and visibility metrics for LS distributors • Ensure overall customer satisfaction and timely quality reporting • Drive growth in existing and new distribution channels

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a BSc in Electrical Engineering, possess deep expertise in electrical distribution products, and have a demonstrable track record of managing distribution channels. • BSc in Electrical Engineering • Strong knowledge of electrical distribution products (LS, WD, VDI, CMS, FLV, LC, MCB, ECB, SS) • Proven experience managing distributors and wholesalers
