About the Role

As a Front Office Executive you will be the first point of contact, greeting visitors and clients with courteous service that reflects the corporate image. You will coordinate with site personnel, issue visitor badges and access cards, ensure safety briefings, maintain lobby cleanliness, and handle complaints or feedback according to the escalation matrix. You will also work with night‑shift colleagues, manage self‑check‑in kiosks, maintain front‑office equipment, and oversee badge preparation and approvals for scheduled visits. • Greet visitors/clients and provide courteous front‑office service reflecting the corporate image. • Notify site personnel of guest arrival, follow up calls and coordinate with host/sponsor. • Issue visitor badges, temporary cards, service badges, and new‑joiner ID/access cards; track their return. • Conduct safety briefings and distribute emergency/safety brochures to visitors and interview candidates. • Ensure visitor admission is authorized and assist visitors with disabilities or special needs. • Maintain cleanliness of lobby, lifts, and public areas. • Scan laptop details and verify government IDs. • Handle client/visitor/sponsor complaints and feedback, escalating as needed. • Coordinate with night‑shift front‑office staff to prepare badges for large parties. • Guide last‑minute visitors to self‑check‑in kiosks. • Perform daily handover of completed and pending tasks. • Ensure operational readiness of front‑office devices (iPad, printer, camera, scanner, etc.). • Issue temporary access cards to Accenture employees and follow up for returns via email. • Manage cash and maintain the VMS register. • Monitor reception emails and reply promptly. • Prepare client and visitor badges per requests and ensure approvals are secured. • Update client visit agenda at Innovation Hub and coordinate welcome screen updates with IT. • Liaise with housekeeping for lobby cleaning and maintain elevator functionality. • Ensure client safety and security protocols are followed.

What You Bring

To be considered you need a diploma or any degree and a minimum of two to four years of front‑office experience. The role is based on‑site in Bengaluru, Karnataka, with a scheduled 48‑hour work week. • Minimum 2–4 years front‑office experience with a diploma or degree. • Use of AI tools for recruitment matching.
