About the Role

As a Structural Engineer you will collaborate with various engineering teams to develop detailed designs, plans, and specifications from concept to completion. You will support project managers on a wide range of projects, including data centers, commercial offices, finance, education, hotels, leisure, and mixed‑use developments. • Design structural elements for projects. • Create models and calculations using analysis tools such as Tekla and ETABS. • Liaise with design teams to produce coordinated, technically compliant designs. • Undertake structural survey work and produce reports. • Apply innovative thinking to complex engineering problems.

What You Bring

We are looking for a passionate structural engineer who thrives on complex challenges, creative collaboration, and projects that make an impact. The ideal candidate is a personable self‑starter with a positive, can‑do attitude, strong working relationships, and the ability to collaborate across disciplines and with clients. • Minimum 3 years industry experience in structural design within a consultancy (Data Center experience advantageous). • Proficient in computer modelling (Revit) and directing production of structural CAD drawings and Revit models. • Experience with software such as Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, RISA, Staad, SAP, Tedds, RAM, ETABS, SAFE (desirable). • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. • Prior structural engineering experience with an architectural/engineering consulting firm.
