About the Role
The On‑Site Utility General Purpose Operator works full‑time on 12‑, 10‑ or 8‑hour shifts, with occasional weekend work, and is responsible for maintaining outdoor spaces so they remain safe, attractive, and well‑kept. • Remove debris and trash from walkways, parking lots, and grounds. • Operate hand tools and power equipment. • Perform hardscape maintenance, including sweeping and minor repairs. • Care for lawns by mowing, watering, fertilizing, and aerating. • Plant, trim, prune, and fertilize trees, shrubs, and flower beds. • Conduct seasonal tasks such as ice removal and mulch spreading. • Weed, rake leaves, and maintain flower beds. • Keep work area clean and organized. • Follow company and client policies and procedures. • Work 12‑, 10‑ or 8‑hour shifts and occasional weekends in various weather conditions. • Lift, carry, pull, or push up to 50 lb repeatedly and stand, bend, walk for long periods.

What You Bring
• Pass background checks, pre‑employment physical, and drug screening. • Wear required PPE: coveralls, ear plugs, gloves, hard hat, safety glasses, steel‑toe shoes. • Hold a high school diploma or GED. • Possess a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, 3+ years groundskeeper experience, and 3+ years forklift experience. • Demonstrate a good attitude, team‑player mindset, strong customer service, self‑motivation, safety focus, and goal orientation.
