About the Role

In this role, you will support engineering teams on innovative and collaborative designs, taking ownership of tasks and contributing to client satisfaction. Responsibilities include drafting, coordination with other trades, and assisting with field investigations while adhering to company standards. • Create basic designs under senior guidance. • Learn drawing organization and company standards. • Perform CAD/BIM drafting for various project sizes. • Coordinate designs with other trades under senior supervision. • Support design and engineering of new installations, retrofits, replacements, and upgrades. • Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of assignments. • Assist engineers with field investigations and site visits. • Participate in EDT program training sessions and related activities. • Attend Engineering Development Program continuing education seminars.

What You Bring

Ideal candidates thrive in team settings, can work independently when needed, and are eager to learn. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering (graduating 2025‑2026), strong CAD/REVIT skills, proficiency in design software and MS Office, and preferably an engineering internship, FE or EIT certification. • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering (graduating Winter 2025–Summer 2026). • Prior engineering internship (preferred). • Proficiency with latest MEP AutoCAD; REVIT experience is a plus. • Skilled in design and calculation software and MS Office Suite. • FE or EIT certification preferred.
