What You Bring
Candidates are expected to hold appropriate driver licences and construction safety certifications, demonstrate experience operating road‑maintenance equipment, be flexible to work night shifts, emergency call‑outs and weekends, be comfortable using modern technology, and have leadership experience to meet productivity goals. • Hold a valid Medium Rigid or Heavy Rigid driver's licence. • Possess a Construction Induction (White Card) – essential. • Current traffic control tickets are highly regarded. • Proven ability to operate mobile plant, machinery and equipment in road maintenance. • Availability to work night shifts, emergency call‑outs and weekends when required. • Proficient with tablets and smartphones for technology‑driven tasks. • Leadership experience in a Leading Hand role to achieve productivity targets.
