What You Bring
We are currently looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our Asphalt and Spray Seal teams across the Northern Territory. Based out of Tivendale, the successful candidate will be responsible for the continued growth and performance of all the asphalt and spray seal teams to ensure works are delivered in a safe and timely manner and to an acceptable level of quality. The ideal candidate has a strong background in delivering complex asphalt and spray seal operations in metro and regional locations, holds qualifications in civil engineering, business management or a related discipline, and has a proven track record of building client relationships and generating new business. • Hold qualifications in civil engineering, business management or related fields.
