About the Role

• Run SAP reports daily to identify plant requirements and current part shortages, ensuring on‑time delivery. • Communicate with buyers and suppliers to maintain commitments and hold suppliers accountable. • Attend weekly supply chain, site, and business unit meetings; provide part status inputs and Line of Balance updates. • Highlight future critical part risks through daily communication with operations and supply chain personnel. • Support on‑time delivery needs, including part number status. • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Employees must have personal transportation to commute to the location when required. • Clear internal obstacles to keep parts moving through approvals such as quality inspections, first‑article reviews, and engineering changes. • Minimum AS degree with 3+ years of supply chain experience (or 5+ years experience in lieu of a degree). • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; SAP and Tableau preferred. • Strong oral and written communication, teamwork, self‑motivation, and organizational skills. • U.S. citizenship required.

Benefits
