What You Bring

Parsons is seeking a highly talented Resident Engineer – Utilities to join the team on the Hudson Tunnel project, a major infrastructure megaproject in NY/NJ recently awarded to Parsons and partners. In this role you will oversee the construction and coordination of utilities within the tunnel, ensuring compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and project specifications. A bachelor’s degree in a construction‑related field (or equivalent experience) and at least ten years of utility engineering or construction‑management experience, preferably on infrastructure projects, are required. Advanced degrees or professional certifications such as a PE license are preferred, as is experience with NJ and NYC utility construction and utility mapping.
