About the Role
The Field Specialist IV role supports customers on‑site, leading installation and maintenance activities, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring safe, compliant operations. This position works closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver quality service and innovative solutions. • Manage projects from initiation to completion and provide regular updates to internal and external customers. • Communicate technical guidance and advice to customers and third‑party wellsite teams. • Analyze system data to resolve complex well‑site problems and ensure successful delivery of agreed objectives. • Verify work and obtain customer sign‑off on completed tasks. • Provide on‑site support for remote operations, including BHA handling, rig‑up, and rig‑down activities.

What You Bring
Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent with 1–2 years of industry experience, strong communication skills, and hands‑on knowledge of basic rig operations.
