About the Role
Technicians work in a safety‑first, team‑oriented environment, performing tasks such as vacuuming waste, water‑blasting machines and pipelines, and cleaning lines with up to 10,000 psi pressure. The role also involves sanitation support, snow removal, pesticide application, and assisting in developing work standards. • Vacuum waste and spilled product from work areas. • Operate water‑blast equipment at up to 10,000 psi to clean machines, lines, and pipes. • Perform sanitation tasks such as shoveling, snow removal, pesticide application, and general clean‑up. • Use and maintain skid loaders, scissor lifts, aerial lifts, forklifts, and hand/power tools. • Communicate effectively with supervisors and customers to complete work orders and address safety hazards. • Follow safety protocols, wear required PPE, and work safely in confined or elevated spaces. • Provide overtime coverage, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. • Complete administrative duties including timesheets and work‑order documentation. • Maintain consistent attendance and positive employee and customer relations.

What You Bring
Operating equipment like skid loaders, scissor lifts, aerial lifts, forklifts, and hand/power tools is required, as is effective communication with supervisors and customers. Employees must be flexible to work overtime, holidays, weekends, and elevated or confined spaces while using appropriate PPE and fall‑protection gear. A valid driver’s license is required; a CDL may be needed depending on site requirements. Preferred candidates have 2‑3 years of industrial cleaning experience, strong manual dexterity, the ability to lift up to 50 lb, and the capability to work long periods standing, walking, and climbing. • Meet physical requirements: lift up to 50 lb, stand/walk for extended periods, and climb stairs or ladders.

Benefits
The position offers a salary up to $24.00 per hour, based on experience, with a work schedule of Monday‑Thursday 7 am‑5:30 pm or Tuesday‑Friday 7 am‑5:30 pm. Employees are paid weekly on Fridays.
