About the Role

The Facilities Project Management Lead will guide a team of Facilities Project Managers while overseeing multiple construction projects to meet quality, schedule, and budget goals. This role blends strategic construction management, resource allocation, financial oversight, and strong client relationship building, requiring both technical expertise and leadership acumen. • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Facilities Project Managers, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. • Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and closeout processes across multiple construction projects. • Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and productivity. • Manage yearly project creation, budgeting, and scheduling for the client’s Capital Plan. • Monitor project budgets and financial performance to ensure cost control. • Serve as primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and senior management. • Implement quality control and assurance processes, conducting regular project audits. • Continuously evaluate and improve project management methodologies.

What You Bring

• Require experience leading teams of project managers in construction environments. • Strong knowledge of construction project management principles and methodologies. • Demonstrated financial management and budgeting expertise. • Excellent stakeholder management and client relationship skills. • Experience with quality assurance, risk management, and continuous improvement practices. • Preferred: degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification. • Preferred: experience managing capital planning processes and implementing facilities management best practices. • Preferred: background in construction risk mitigation, process innovation, and efficiency improvements.

Benefits

The position offers a salary range of $120,000–$150,000 per year and is open to remote candidates located in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Phoenix, Sacramento, or Tucson. Visa sponsorship is not provided; applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
