About the Role

The AFHE Wonderware Applications Analyst role supports global readiness for the United States Military and its allies by overseeing fueling system maintenance, modifications, and installations worldwide. This position emphasizes high‑quality work, operational excellence, and meticulous attention to detail while fostering effective communication across diverse environments. In this position, the analyst will manage Wonderware platforms, align software with operational objectives, support field teams through troubleshooting and training, and maintain system performance and data integrity. The role requires close collaboration with IT and operations and involves extensive global travel to provide onsite support. • Configure, maintain, and support Wonderware SCADA/HMI/MES systems across multiple sites. • Serve as liaison between IT and operations to align software with production goals. • Provide remote phone support to field technicians and troubleshoot Wonderware applications. • Analyze system logs, alarms, and alerts to diagnose faults and implement corrective actions. • Document troubleshooting procedures and conduct operator training on system usage. • Report status updates to Operations Managers and participate in program tier meetings.

What You Bring

Candidates must be U.S. citizens with at least a high school diploma and possess extensive experience with Wonderware, SCADA, and ladder‑logic programming in fuel or water‑treatment settings. They should be able to obtain a NACLC security clearance, demonstrate strong written and verbal communication, and effectively manage time and project tasks using Microsoft Office tools. • Travel up to 75% domestically and internationally for training, preventive and corrective maintenance. • U.S. citizen with a high school diploma or equivalent. • Minimum 5 years of Wonderware experience in fuel or water/wastewater industries. • At least 5 years of ladder‑logic or function‑block programming and SCADA development. • Experience supporting automated fuel handling or water/waste‑water equipment. • Ability to obtain/maintain NACLC security clearance and government CAC. • Proficient with Microsoft Office for administrative and project tasks. • Current government CAC or active security clearance (preferred).
