About the Role

• Connect with prospective residents to build rapport and understand their housing needs • Guide prospects through the leasing process with professionalism and exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience • Utilize effective sales techniques to close leases by demonstrating urgency and aligning floorplans with prospects' lifestyle preferences • Conduct informative tours of the community for prospective students, parents, groups, etc., highlighting unique features and amenities • Execute daily outreach efforts on campus and in student hotspots throughout the market to generate leads and increase brand awareness • Organize and participate in events to spread brand awareness and attract potential future residents • Perform occasional travel as needed and lift/move objects up to 50 pounds, including bending and stooping

You combine genuine enthusiasm, curiosity, and attention to detail to deliver a positive leasing experience and execute fresh, captivating marketing strategies that amplify Core’s market presence. • Meet shift requirements: minimum 3‑hour shifts, availability for evenings, weekends, overtime, and a minimum of 15 hours per week • High School Diploma or equivalent • Previous experience in sales, customer service, marketing, or related fields preferred • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities • Proficiency with Office products and Windows and Apple operating systems • Knowledge of the student housing industry or real estate leasing practices is a plus • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and connect with diverse audiences
