About the Role

Job Summary: The Operations Specialist for Collections provides advanced clerical and administrative support to departmental managers and helps coordinate all aspects of daily operations. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting safety, service, and operational issues; maintaining and distributing daily departmental information; serving as the KRONOS proxy for driver and helper updates; and using Microsoft Suite and other tools to manage procurement, time‑and‑attendance, safety incidents, contract labor, and payment processing. The specialist also supports operational projects, communicates service issues to customers, and relays scheduling and work‑assignment information to employees. • Provide advanced clerical and administrative support to departmental managers. • Troubleshoot and resolve safety, service, and operational issues. • Maintain and distribute daily departmental information and KRONOS updates for drivers and helpers. • Manage procurement, time and attendance, safety incidents, and contract labor using Microsoft Suite. • Assist with payment processing and other financial tasks as needed. • Support implementation of operational projects and communicate service issues to customers. • Communicate scheduling and work assignments to employees. • Work in a professional office environment using standard office equipment.
