Rental Yard Associate - Monday-Friday 1st Shift

About the Role

Rental Yard Associates remove dirt, concrete, and other debris from equipment using hand tools and cleaning equipment. They ensure all rental equipment is in good, usable condition before it is dispatched, inspect for damage, and report any issues per established procedures. They oil and lubricate tools, equipment, and tilt‑up braces according to specifications, prepare and stage rental orders for delivery, and follow all safety policies. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lb, stand for over an hour, and perform other assigned duties. • Remove dirt, concrete, and debris from rental equipment using hand tools and cleaning equipment. • Ensure rental equipment is in good, usable condition before customer delivery. • Inspect equipment for damage and report according to established procedures. • Oil and lubricate tools, equipment, and tilt‑up braces per specifications. • Prepare and stage rental orders for delivery. • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
