About the Role
You will be responsible for installing, inspecting, modifying and repairing ESP pumps, motors, cables and related down‑hole equipment at the contractor’s base, making surface connections and operating the equipment to meet company expectations. All pre‑commissioning checks and tests will be performed to ensure successful start‑up and continuous operation. You will provide expertise for troubleshooting, safety precautions, and maintenance, including the Y‑tool and VSD systems. • Install, inspect, modify, and repair ESP pumps, motors, cables, and downhole equipment. • Perform pre‑commissioning checks and tests to ensure successful ESP start‑up. • Troubleshoot and resolve ESP breakdowns; maintain Y‑tool and VSD systems. • Provide safety expertise and conduct downhole troubleshooting.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate has at least five years of ESP experience and holds a technical degree or diploma. Experience with installation, operation and maintenance of Y‑tool and VSD systems, as well as down‑hole troubleshooting, is required. Flexibility to work on a rotational or shift basis and completion of industry‑specific product line training are also essential. We recognize that each individual works best in different ways, so this role offers shift‑based working patterns and can accommodate specific schedule preferences discussed during the application process. • Minimum 5 years ESP experience with a technical degree or diploma. • Proven experience with Y‑tool and VSD installation, operation, and maintenance. • Flexible to work rotational/shifts and possess industry‑specific training.
