About the Role

The primary purpose of this position is to keep the parts website up to date and as accurate as possible, providing full descriptions and photos for each item we stock. Additionally, the role maintains the AAON Bucks program and the online swag shop, supporting the rep network with accurate resources and branded items to drive sales. Primary duties include uploading high‑quality images to the customer‑facing website, cataloging all stocked parts with detailed features, weights and dimensions, and keeping the site current with banners and featured content. The incumbent also develops and maintains product categories for quick look‑ups, manages the co‑op swag shop and rebates according to program parameters, collaborates with other teams to meet objectives, and performs other assigned tasks. Work is performed on‑site in a dusty factory environment with exposure to extreme temperatures, loud noise, moving mechanical parts, and occasional confined spaces. Employees must adhere to all safety policies, use required personal protective equipment, and cooperate with maintenance and production staff. • Upload high‑quality images to the customer‑facing website. • Catalog stocked parts with detailed descriptions, weights, and dimensions. • Update website banners and featured content regularly. • Develop and maintain product categories for quick look‑ups. • Manage the AAON Bucks program and online swag shop, ensuring rebates follow program parameters. • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve position objectives.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate has at least five years of HVAC parts experience, with two years of college education preferred. Required skills include excellent communication, basic proficiency with spreadsheet and word‑processing programs, internet savviness, and the ability to organize and categorize data for customers while following instructions and procedures. The position requires frequent standing, walking, and climbing to access machinery, the ability to lift up to 50 lb regularly, and work at elevated heights exceeding three feet. Fine and gross motor manipulation are needed for repairs, tool handling, and diagnostics. • Minimum 5 years HVAC parts experience; 2 years college education preferred. • Excellent communication and proficiency with spreadsheet/word‑processing tools. • Ability to organize and categorize data for customers. • Physical ability to stand, walk, climb, lift up to 50 lb, and work at heights >3 ft.
