Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

About the Role

The Property Manager works independently, assessing customer storage needs, recommending packing and moving supplies, inspecting units, handling cash drawers, making bank deposits, and conducting payment reminder or collection calls. Physical duties include lifting or moving items up to 35 lb, walking or standing up to 50 % of the time in outdoor environments, climbing stairs, opening large doors, and performing cleaning and routine maintenance of interior and exterior areas.
