What You Bring
We are seeking Initial License Trainees (ILT) to become licensed Senior Reactor Operators (SRO) at the Clinton Generating Station in Clinton, IL. The role’s primary purpose is to train candidates to serve as Operations Shift Supervisors who will oversee licensed reactor operators in the control room and directly supervise bargaining‑unit reactor and equipment operators. • Meet minimum education requirement of a high school diploma/GED. • Hold a Reactor Operator license with at least 1 year at a comparable facility or 1.5 years at a non‑comparable facility, or equivalent military reactor experience. • Possess a 4‑year degree in engineering, engineering technology, physical sciences, or a professional engineer license with related operational or supervisory experience. • Maintain required access clearance and pass a favorable medical examination.
