About the Role

As part of the Critical Infrastructure team, the Inspector will contribute to projects that improve community connectivity, mobility, and resilience, helping to shape the future of the built environment. • Conduct inspection activities to verify conformance with codes, standards, and specifications. • Perform site surveys, gathering equipment, materials, and survey evidence. • Identify gaps in existing survey data and obtain additional evidence as needed. • Analyze data using standard procedures and compile field findings into reports for designers. • Document nonconformances and engage in discussions to determine resolutions.

What You Bring

We are hiring Inspectors with a keen eye for detail to support urban infrastructure projects. In this versatile, team‑oriented role you will perform inspection tasks, monitor quality control, and ensure construction activities comply with all applicable codes, standards, and specifications. • Hold a post‑secondary degree or diploma in Civil Engineering. • possess OACETT designation as Road Construction Senior Inspector (RCSI) or be an engineering student. • Prior engineering or construction experience, especially on municipal or MTO projects. • Registered as a Professional Engineer or Engineer‑in‑Training with PEO and O.A.C.E.T.T. • Ability to work weekends and nights when required. • Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills. • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications. • Willingness to travel and relocate to field sites as needed.
