About the Role
As an Arcus Building Fabric Specialist, you’ll work across multiple client sites in your area, ensuring facilities are safe, fully functional, and well‑maintained. This is a mobile role that offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to showcase your expertise in a range of building fabric tasks. • Deliver effective repairs and maintenance work to a high standard • Respond to reactive issues promptly and professionally • Maintain clear documentation using handheld IT systems • Support customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery • Patch plastering and rendering • Changing locks and fittings

What You Bring
Are you an experienced Building Fabric Maintenance professional looking for your next challenge? If you're based in or around the Bristol area, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for! Arcus FM are recruiting within our facilities maintenance team and are looking for a skilled and reliable Fabric Specialist to deliver high-quality planned and reactive maintenance services across a portfolio of multi‑site clients. • Time‑served, hands‑on experience in multiple trades (ideally fabric maintenance) • NVQ, City & Guilds, BTEC or equivalent qualifications in a relevant trade • Valid UK driver’s licence • Confidence working independently and in customer‑facing environments • Comfortable using handheld IT equipment for work management and documentation • Solid knowledge of health & safety standards • Experience in retail or multi‑site maintenance environments (desirable) • Carpentry and joinery • Floor and wall coverings (tiling, vinyl etc.) • Basic plumbing • On‑call rota: one week in every four
