About the Role
The Construction Project Manager will identify required resources, act as the primary point of contact for team members and leaders, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders throughout project implementation. Responsibilities include developing and managing project plans, schedules, scopes of work, defining roles, assessing site safety, ensuring subcontractor compliance, and supporting strategy development at each phase. The manager also oversees financial aspects such as reporting, invoice processing, billing approval, change orders, and monitoring project financial performance. • Prepare and manage submittals, operation and maintenance manuals, expediting reports, and all key project logs (change order, RFI, correspondence). • Review contracts, drawings, and specifications to answer stakeholder questions promptly. • Verify timely and cost‑effective purchasing of materials and equipment. • Maintain authentic client relationships at both site and program levels. • Utilize advanced Microsoft Office Suite capabilities (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) alongside Microsoft Project.

What You Bring
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related fields (or equivalent experience), and 3‑5 years of project management, engineering, or construction experience, preferably with a commercial general contractor. Required skills include strong understanding of drawings, specifications, contracts, critical path scheduling, client relationship management, basic estimating, and excellent communication. Proficiency with Microsoft Project and the Microsoft Office suite is required; OSHA 30 certification and professional designations such as PMP, PgMP, CPM, PE, or LEED are preferred. • Demonstrate strong time‑management skills to balance competing priorities. • Hold or pursue professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, CPM, PE, or LEED.
