About the Role

In this position you will play a key leadership role supporting your Regional Service Manager and team, ensuring operational excellence, safety, and high‑quality service delivery across your assigned region. • Conduct monthly audits for compliance with company standards • Perform truck inspections (cleanliness, equipment, PPE) • Conduct site assessments (roof cleanliness, material disposal) • Verify quality of repairs and installations • Ensure team PPE availability and coordinate replenishment • Approve vendors for operational needs • Assist with technician vacation planning and on‑call scheduling • Lead preventive‑maintenance completion and documentation • Support technician training coordination • Climb ladders while carrying up to 30 lb

What You Bring

The Department of Labor & Industries is updating driver’s‑license and wage‑disclosure requirements; these changes are reflected in our hiring policies and will be implemented according to the new statutes. • 5+ years commercial HVAC and refrigeration experience • 2+ years supervisory or lead‑technician experience • Proven ability to manage teams, conduct audits, and ensure safety and quality compliance • Experience with preventive maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and equipment changeouts • Familiarity with national accounts or multi‑site operations (preferred) • EPA Universal Certification (required) • O6A license (required) • Boiler license (preferred) • Additional certifications (NATE, HVAC Excellence) a plus • Lift up to 75 lb and maneuver in confined spaces • Wear required PPE • Valid driver’s license • Pass drug, background, and driving record checks • Meet enhanced security clearance requirements • Proficiency servicing, installing, troubleshooting commercial HVAC, refrigeration, chillers, cooling towers, water‑source heat pumps • Strong customer service and communication skills • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Familiarity with light commercial equipment • Experience with industry software (ServiceTitan, FastField, ServiceChannel preferred)
