About the Role
The manager will be responsible for inspecting low‑voltage circuit breaker sub‑assemblies and finished goods, approving products, monitoring production line performance and generating reports, and overseeing line‑rejection analysis and corrective‑action initiatives. Additional duties include handling customer complaints, leading Six Sigma and Kaizen improvement projects, and coordinating with design, engineering, procurement and suppliers. • Inspect low‑voltage circuit breaker sub‑assemblies and finished goods, approving finished products. • Monitor production line performance and release performance reports. • Track line rejections, lead improvement projects to reduce defects, analyze samples and produce corrective‑action reports. • Analyze customer complaints and generate corrective‑action documentation. • Lead improvement initiatives such as Six Sigma, QC stories, Kaizen and skill‑matrix activities. • Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement and suppliers for development activities. • Manage operator shifts and related activities including Kaizen, skill matrix, HEP and OPL.

What You Bring
The role of Manager – Quality Control MCCB is based at the Vadodara factory. Candidates should have 4 to 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in electrical manufacturing quality functions. Required competencies include strong knowledge of engineering drawings, MS Office and SAP, as well as the seven QC tools, PFMEA, DOE, SPC, and ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 systems. Candidates must hold a B.E./B.Tech or a Diploma in Electrical Engineering and possess specific experience with MCCB/ACB and IEC 60947‑1 standards. • Utilize the seven QC tools, PFMEA, DOE, SPC and apply ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 system knowledge. • Hold a B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 4–8 years experience in MCCB/ACB quality control and IEC 60947‑1 standards.
