About the Role
Daily duties include preparing vacant units for new occupants—painting, carpet repair, cleaning and general repairs—while responding quickly and professionally to resident requests. The role requires practical knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, basic electrical, carpentry, painting and, when needed, snow removal, as well as upkeep of grounds, pools, hot tubs, common areas and dog‑park amenities. The technician may be on‑call for after‑hour emergencies, reports issues to the supervisor, follows fair‑housing regulations, attends required training and upholds company safety and uniform standards. • Prepare make‑ready apartments (paint, carpet repair, cleaning, general repairs, housekeeping) • Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally • Perform plumbing, HVAC, basic electrical, carpentry, painting, and snow removal tasks • Maintain grounds, pools, hot tubs, common areas, and dog‑park amenities • Participate in on‑call schedule for after‑hour emergencies • Report maintenance concerns on vacant units, model homes, and common areas to supervisor • Follow state, local, and federal fair‑housing laws and safety procedures • Attend required training programs and adhere to uniform standards • Travel between properties; stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 100 lb regularly

What You Bring
Applicants must hold a valid driver’s license and an EPA 608 certification (type II) or equivalent local credential, and be able to read technical documents, perform basic calculations and write routine reports. A high school diploma, GED or vocational training, combined with at least one year of related maintenance experience, is required. The position involves regular travel between properties, standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 100 lb, with up to 10 % travel time. • Hold a valid driver’s license and EPA 608 Type II certification (or local equivalent) • Ability to read technical manuals, compute basic math, and write routine reports • Minimum high school diploma/GED or vocational training; 1+ year related experience
