About the Role
The Senior Electrical Engineer will lead trade‑specific system design, including layouts, calculations, and specifications, and coordinate with internal and external design teams. Responsibilities also encompass project budgeting, scheduling, business development, due‑diligence reporting, establishing design standards, QA/QC participation, and acting as Engineer of Record. • Design and calculate electrical systems, creating layouts, specifications, and drawings using CAD/Revit. • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams across multiple projects. • Manage project budgets, schedules, and overall economic performance. • Conduct business development and networking activities to expand client relationships. • Prepare due‑diligence, gap‑analysis, and feasibility reports in line with company standards. • Establish and enforce design standards, specifications, and QA/QC processes. • Serve as Engineer of Record, overseeing equipment selection, field investigations, and construction administration. • Manage staff resources, conduct reviews, and mentor junior engineers. • Represent the firm with clients, contractors, architects, and project stakeholders.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution, have at least seven years of MEP experience, and possess strong hands‑on design skills with CAD/Revit proficiency. FE/EIT certification is required, PE designation is preferred, and a willingness to pursue continuing education is essential. • Maintain professional licensure (FE/EIT required, PE preferred) and pursue continuing education.
