About the Role
• Develop short‑ and long‑term sales plans and strategies for the Applied business. • Identify and pursue profitable opportunities with target organisations. • Lead preparation and submission of proposals in line with corporate policies. • Influence tender specifications to incorporate Johnson Controls products and solutions. • Achieve assigned sales volume and gross margin targets. • Provide market insights and recommendations aligned with growth strategy. • Represent Johnson Controls with professionalism, integrity, safety and ethics. • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants and end users. • Drive engagement with existing and prospective stakeholders to win new business. • Ensure accurate and timely submission of quotations, forecasts, sales reports and expenses. • Maintain robust pipeline management, including forecasting for sales, delivery, collections and inventory. • Adhere to Johnson Controls policies, processes and compliance standards. • Manage pipelines using SFDC and possess a well‑established local market network.
