About the Role

The role focuses on enhancing the employee experience through coordinating new‑hire feedback, designing engagement events, and supporting off‑boarding processes. It also involves contributing to HR process improvements, assisting with performance‑management activities, managing HR projects, and providing day‑to‑day administrative support. • Coordinate and consolidate feedback from new‑hire check‑in sessions to improve onboarding. • Design and execute employee‑experience events such as happy hours, leadership connects, fireside chats, and site visits. • Support off‑boarding by scheduling and conducting exit interviews. • Recommend and implement initiatives that enhance HR processes and employee experience. • Assist with performance‑management activities including succession planning, talent management, and talent development. • Plan, manage, and deliver assigned HR projects under guidance from the HR team. • Provide day‑to‑day administrative support and handle ad‑hoc HR duties.

What You Bring
