About the Role
Property managers operate independently across multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors. What You Bring
The role requires physical ability to lift or move items up to 35 lb and to walk around facilities, spending up to half of the shift outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors. Daily duties also involve cleaning interior areas, sweeping or mopping, and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal. Candidates should have a background in customer‑service‑focused sales environments such as retail, restaurant, or fast‑food operations.
