About the Role

In this role you will support all phases of utility construction for telecom projects, operating light construction equipment such as backhoes, cable plows, trenchers, and hydraulic reel trailers, and ensuring their maintenance. You will troubleshoot problems that arise in the field and read utility locates and underground utility indicators to keep the crew safe and productive. What You Bring

The ideal candidate puts safety first, consistently delivers high‑quality work, and enjoys solving hard problems with a hands‑on approach. You should have experience operating heavy equipment on construction sites, hold a valid CDL, and possess underground telecom experience; relevant MOS codes include 12N, 12V, 21E, and 21J. Long‑term project commitment, teamwork, and a willingness to get your hands dirty are essential. • Hold a valid CDL and experience in underground telecom work (MOS 12N, 12V, 21E, 21J relevant).
