About the Role

• Execute commercial renovations and build‑outs, including partition framing, cabinetry, doors, and window installations. • Install interior and exterior paint and various flooring systems such as VCT, LVT, tile, carpet squares, and cove base. • Perform basic plumbing tasks like installing sinks, faucets, toilets, and simple drainage lines. • Conduct basic electrical work, including installing light fixtures, switches, outlets, and setting up data connections.

A minimum of three years’ experience in construction or commercial maintenance is required, along with basic computer skills and OSHA 10‑hour certification (or the ability to obtain it within three months). Travel and overnight shifts may be required.
