About the Role

Key responsibilities include lead generation and business development in sectors such as industry, infrastructure, real‑estate, and commercial buildings; preparing detailed technical proposals, BOQs, and cost estimates; conducting consultative selling with end‑users, contractors, and panel builders; managing channel partners and ensuring timely delivery and payment collection; and tracking market trends and competitor activities while reporting to management. • Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial, infrastructure, real‑estate, and commercial building sectors. • Review client specifications and drawings to create detailed technical offers, BOQs, and cost estimates. • Conduct consultative meetings with end‑users, contractors, and panel builders to present tailored switchgear and panel solutions. • Manage and grow relationships with channel partners, overseeing enquiries, payment collection, and timely delivery. • Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing regular sales reports to management. • Generate leads, prepare technical proposals, and deliver post‑sale technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.

What You Bring

The Sales Engineer role combines technical expertise with strong customer‑relationship management to drive sales, understand client needs, deliver suitable technical solutions, and achieve revenue growth through product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations. Applicants should have a minimum of five years’ experience with LV/HT panels, switchgear, FDPs, control panels, automation, drives, and PLCs, capable of bridging technical design and business development, generating leads, preparing client‑specific proposals, and providing post‑sale technical support, especially within industrial, building, or OEM environments. • Leverage at least 5 years of experience with LV/HT panels, switchgear, FDPs, control panels, automation, drives, and PLCs.
