Customer Service Administrator
Provide administrative support and front‑line service for the customer care department.

About the Role
The role supports the Customer Care department by delivering high‑quality service to customers and providing excellent administrative support, including handling queries and managing documentation. • Handle telephone queries professionally and politely, ensuring satisfactory outcomes. • Build and maintain relationships with clients and external contractors. • Manage complaints. • Distribute post and own administration of customer enquiries received via Royal Mail. • Produce letters, emails, reports, spreadsheets, filing and general administration for the customer care department and Customer Service Manager. • Assist the customer care manager in managing and completing remedial work. • Liaise with external contractors. • Manage diary for the customer services manager. • Ensure registration of all homes on the day of legal completion.
