What You Bring
• Ability to stand and walk 90% of the shift • Ability to perform moderate lifting (up to 40 lbs) • Ability to handle multiple priorities • Problem‑solving and decision‑making skills • Good communication and listening skills • Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States • Hold a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification • At least 1 year of continuous work experience • Basic computer knowledge, mechanical aptitude and good math skills • Available for 12‑hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime • Pass pre‑employment assessment, drug test and background screening • Pass post‑offer physical abilities test (PAT) • One year of manufacturing/industrial experience or equivalent military training • Ability to read and write basic English • Post‑secondary education (associate or bachelor’s degree) preferred • North Carolina Career Readiness Certificate preferred • Completion of the Certified Production Technician (CPTAE) program preferred
