About the Role

The Associate Structural Engineer will join the Critical Infrastructure team, contributing to the design and delivery of projects that connect and protect communities worldwide. The role involves developing construction documents, geometric highway designs, material takeoffs, estimates, and using CAE/CAD applications to implement project designs. • Develop construction documents such as drawings, specifications, and estimates. • Design geometric highway elements, including horizontal/vertical geometry, cross sections, super‑elevations, gore details, clearance calculations, and grading plans. • Perform material quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and field surveys. • Utilize CAE/CAD software to implement project designs. • Establish and enforce QA procedures to ensure quality control across projects. • Provide technical guidance to CAD designers, drafters, and other engineers on project tasks.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. • Relevant work experience or internships; Engineer‑in‑Training (EIT) certification preferred. • Fundamental process engineering knowledge and proficiency with CAD and engineering software. • Strong written and oral communication skills for interaction with engineers and clients.
