About the Role

The Maintenance Technician II performs a variety of upkeep activities to keep the resort attractive, functional, and safe for guests and staff. These duties include both routine repairs and responsive troubleshooting across multiple areas of the property. • Perform painting, stucco, texturing, drywall, staining, and ceiling finishes. • Troubleshoot and repair plumbing fixtures, including drain cleaning. • Replace light bulbs and ballasts. • Repair closet and drapery tracks; restore and stain furniture. • Assist maintenance staff on special projects.

What You Bring

Candidates must have 1–2 years of maintenance experience, open and flexible availability—including weekends and holidays—and be able to climb ladders up to 40 feet, lift up to 100 lb, and stand for extended periods. A valid driver’s license and the ability to perform physical tasks such as reaching, stooping, and carrying up to 50 lb are required. • Communicate clearly with engineering leadership.
