About the Role
The Road Mechanic position involves preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a diverse fleet that includes aerial work platforms, general construction tools, and specialty equipment such as generators, pumps, HVAC, and oil‑ and gas‑related machines. The role requires flexibility to work in remote locations and a safety‑focused environment. • Work on a variety of makes, models & equipment in challenging remote locations • Develop new skills for a career track in service or operation management • May need to provide mechanic’s tools of trade

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least a high school diploma or GED, with preferred trade school training, and 3‑5 years of experience servicing diesel, heavy construction, or specialty line equipment. A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required, and some locations may need a CDL. Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems, as well as the ability to adapt to changing priorities, is essential. • High school diploma or GED required; some trade school or equivalent training desired • 3‑5 years of mechanic experience with diesel, heavy construction, or specialty line equipment strongly preferred • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record; CDL may be required in some locations • Knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting fundamentals • Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting fundamentals • Ability to flexible with changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment • Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required based on location needs
