About the Role

The technician will troubleshoot service issues including HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing, and ensure both interior and exterior property standards and legal requirements are met. Responsibilities also include responding to maintenance tickets, following up with residents and office staff on work status, and participating in an on‑call rotation that requires night and weekend flexibility.
