About the Role

• Administer health surveillance checks • Attend and minute Management Team meetings • Provide administrative support to PA/Office Manager and Senior Management • Assist Directors with office/PA duties during holidays or absences • Manage diary for key meetings • Process and audit IT capital expenditure requests • Provide phone administration support to all RPH employees • Organise IT, PPE, and phones for new starters and handle returns from leavers • Record, distribute, file and archive documents (digital and paper) • Maintain departmental intranet content and access, ensuring up‑to‑date information • Maintain employee lists as requested by Reception • Coordinate induction arrangements when required • Act as point of contact for internal and external enquiries
