About the Role

The role focuses on efficient material handling, order fulfillment, and inventory management on the third‑shift schedule (10 PM – 6:30 AM). The successful candidate will work with warehouse equipment and must hold a Class A CDL. Key responsibilities include preparing shipments, processing orders, loading trucks, receiving inbound materials, maintaining inventory levels, and continuously improving shipping procedures. • Enforce safe work practices in line with company policies and regulations. • Prepare, pick, pack, and stage orders using scanning tools. • Load shipments onto flatbed trucks or LTL carriers. • Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials, reporting any damage. • Replenish stock and rotate inventory to maintain optimal levels. • Standardize and optimize shipping and receiving procedures for accuracy. • Operate warehouse equipment safely while holding a Class A CDL. • Maintain full‑time onsite attendance during the 3rd‑shift schedule. • Apply basic math for order processing and maintain high attention to detail.

What You Bring

Candidates should have at least two years of warehouse experience—preferably with steel or tubing—plus a high school diploma or equivalent. Required skills include basic math, safe operation of equipment, strong communication, problem‑solving, and the physical ability to lift and stand for long periods. • Minimum two years of warehouse experience, preferably in steel or tubing. • High school diploma or equivalent preferred. • Demonstrate strong communication, problem‑solving, and teamwork skills. • Meet physical requirements: lift, push, pull, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods in a loud industrial environment.
