About the Role

The role involves picking and pulling orders accurately and efficiently, packing them according to company quality and safety standards, and verifying parts, quantities, and finishes before shipment. The employee will monitor stock levels, replenish inventory as needed, operate RF scanners, and cut wood for order fulfillment. They must also troubleshoot and resolve problems as they arise. • Pick, pull, and pack orders with accuracy and efficiency. • Verify correct parts, quantities, and finishes before dispatch. • Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels, replenishing inventory as needed. • Operate RF scanners and cut wood for order fulfillment. • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly. • Execute daily warehouse tasks using SAP. • Lift and handle items up to 35 lb regularly.

What You Bring

This position does not offer relocation assistance and is limited to candidates within a 50‑mile radius of Reno, NV, except for active‑duty military members who are exempt from the geographic restriction. Applicants must be able to commute to the Reno location daily. Candidates should have at least one year of shipping or packing experience. The role requires the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, use tools such as a staple gun, bander, nail gun, and carton closer, and perform fine hand manipulation with repetitive motion. Proficiency with SAP for daily warehouse and fulfillment tasks and the capacity to regularly lift 35 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation, are also required. • Utilize staple gun, bander, nail gun, and carton closer.
