About the Role

The role involves servicing, repairing, and replacing a wide range of automatic and manual doors and related hardware, performing preventative maintenance, and utilizing carpentry skills for framing and installation. • Service and repair automatic doors, including ADA operators, swing, sliding, folding doors, closers, pivot assemblies, panic hardware, hollow metal, and storefront doors. • Perform preventative maintenance on commercial door systems and control devices. • Manage multiple projects, meet time constraints, and work independently or in a team. • Maintain a clean driving record for operating company vehicles. • Follow safety and quality processes with strong attention to detail. • Provide excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment.

What You Bring

The company seeks a motivated Automatic Door Service Technician to join its team, emphasizing integrity, productivity, and continuous learning. Candidates should have at least two years of experience as an automatic‑door installer or service technician, strong mechanical aptitude, a clean driving record, and a positive professional attitude; AAADM certification and familiarity with manufacturers such as Horton, Stanley, Record USA, Besam, and Assa Abloy are advantageous. • Use carpentry skills for partition framing and installation of doors and windows. • AAADM certification preferred; minimum 2 years experience as door installer or service technician. • Experience with manufacturers such as Horton, Stanley, Record USA, Besam, and Assa Abloy is a plus.
