About the Role
The Employee Housing Attendant at Gozzer Ranch will help create the Gozzer Ranch Experience by delivering professional service, supporting employee housing inquiries, and maintaining safe, inclusive living environments. The role covers employee experience, housing support, Ranch House operations, off‑site housing, and international employee coordination, with flexibility to take on additional tasks as business needs arise. • Provide prompt, professional service to all employees, fostering a safe and inclusive community. • Assist and resolve employee housing inquiries via in‑person, phone, or email; document and escalate as needed. • Support Ranch House operations: pre‑season preparations, daily supervision, cleaning, maintenance, occupancy calendar management, move‑ins/out, inspections, and equipment checkout. • Maintain off‑site employee housing with similar prep, calendar coordination, cleaning, and inspections. • Coordinate travel, documentation, and cultural events for international program employees. • Work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, mornings, nights, and in all weather conditions. • Perform light physical tasks: lift up to 25 lb frequently, up to 75 lb occasionally; grasp, lift, crouch, walk, and carry as required.

What You Bring
