Job Highlights
About the Role
• Line manage junior consultants and foster their professional development. • Develop business cases for new service areas, clients, sectors and technologies. • Lead project delivery, handling client liaison, team resources and budget management. • Support social landlords and public bodies through all phases of net‑zero strategy implementation, from awareness to completion. • Analyze housing asset data to benchmark energy performance and create investment scenarios. • Assist landlords in measuring environmental performance and establishing ESG reporting frameworks. • Deliver industry assistance programmes such as the Social Housing Retrofit Accelerator, building provider capacity.

What You Bring
• Degree or equivalent experience in sustainability or environmental topics, focused on housing or the built environment. • Systematic approach to managing complex, multi‑stakeholder projects simultaneously. • Proven ability to interpret data to drive decarbonisation and asset planning. • Strong expertise in net‑zero and ESG policy and strategy within the social housing sector. • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences. • Effective problem‑solving and relationship‑management abilities.
