About the Role

The newly created Pacific‑region Lean Practitioner, Master role will support Lean implementation at the team level, facilitating problem‑solving, standard work and continuous improvement while partnering closely with Lean Leaders to build organizational capability. Key responsibilities include leading regional problem‑solving engagements, cascading strategic goals to individual contributors, acting as a liaison between regional leadership and stakeholders, championing a culture of continuous improvement, identifying and mitigating risks, and coaching Lean Practitioners and Process Owners. The role aligns with the global Lean program, implements process‑improvement methodologies, leads projects that support business strategies, conducts Lean training for all personnel, performs root‑cause analysis, and facilitates Obeya rooms, value‑stream mapping, Kaizen workshops and daily work installations. Working hand‑in‑hand with local leadership, the practitioner will mentor project leaders, drive process standardisation, introduce new continuous‑improvement techniques, and share insights across the CI team to accelerate results and foster innovation. • Lead regional problem‑solving engagements and cascade strategic goals to teams. • Serve as liaison between regional leadership and key stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication. • Champion continuous‑improvement culture using Lean methodologies. • Identify and mitigate operational risks to sustain long‑term success. • Coach and develop Lean Practitioners, Process Owners and other leaders. • Implement process‑improvement tools aligned with the global Lean program. • Lead improvement projects that support business strategies and priorities. • Conduct Lean training, root‑cause analysis and facilitate workshops (Obeya, VSM, Kaizen, daily work). • Mentor project leaders, drive process standardisation and introduce new CI techniques.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Quality, Engineering or a related field, have at least five years of continuous‑improvement experience, a proven record of leading business‑transformation projects, strong leadership, communication and analytical skills, and expertise in Lean and Six‑Sigma training and coaching. Proactive risk management, strategic thinking and the ability to travel up to 60 % of the time are also required. • Require bachelor’s degree, ≥5 years CI experience, proven transformation delivery, strong leadership and communication, Lean/Six‑Sigma expertise, and up to 60 % travel.
