About the Role
The foreman oversees all field trades on a construction crew, collaborates with the Project Manager on estimates and material planning, and establishes work schedules and manpower loading. They direct subordinate crews in installing feeders, equipment, control and distribution apparatus, lighting, and related connections while monitoring progress and coordinating with other trades. The foreman is accountable for crew safety performance, ensuring proper training, compliance with safety protocols, and investigation of incidents. They also manage office correspondence, daily reports, timesheets, tickets, and safety documentation. • Perform working estimate and material take‑off together with the Project Manager. • Lay out work for lead personnel and ensure material, tools, and equipment are positioned on time. • Create work schedules and man‑loading charts for the crew. • Direct subordinate crews in installing electrical feeders, pumps, motors, generators, switchgear, relays, circuit‑breaker panels, lighting fixtures, outlets, and terminations. • Monitor progress, adjust schedules, and coordinate with other trades to maintain job pace. • Conduct hands‑on work for production or instructional purposes when required. • Manage office correspondence, daily reports, time sheets/tickets, and safety documentation. • Provide positive customer service.

What You Bring
As an Electrical Foreman, you will supervise and run crews installing or repairing electrical systems, often serving as the primary jobsite supervisor on smaller projects. The ideal candidate has prior foreman experience, a solid employment track record, and demonstrates integrity and reliability. We seek career‑minded individuals who are eager to learn and grow with the company. Candidates should possess basic education, a valid driver’s license, strong organizational and communication abilities, and proven experience leading construction crews, with lighting experience considered a plus. • Hold a High School Diploma or GED. • Possess a valid driver’s license. • Demonstrate ability to multitask while staying organized. • Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills. • Have experience leading crews or acting as foreman on new ground‑up construction projects. • Lighting experience is a plus.
