About the Role

• Manage full contract lifecycle from drafting through execution and closeout. • Identify and mitigate contractual risks and liabilities. • Lead end‑to‑end RFP processes for construction, equipment, and professional services. • Collaborate with procurement, legal, project management and external vendors. • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with vendors and stakeholders. • Support cost estimation, change order and claim management related to contracts. • Track contract performance against KPIs and ensure SOX compliance where applicable. • Maintain accurate contract documentation and audit trails. • Provide training and guidance on contract interpretation and compliance. • Participate in vendor pre‑qualification and selection from a contractual perspective.

What You Bring

The Data Center team is seeking an experienced Contract & Procurement Administration professional. The role oversees contractual aspects of data‑center construction projects, ensures compliance with agreements, mitigates risk, and works closely with procurement, legal and construction teams. Strong negotiation skills and deep knowledge of construction contracts are essential. • Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Construction Management, Law or a related field. • Demonstrated contract management experience in construction or infrastructure projects. • Strong negotiation, communication and problem‑solving abilities. • Proficient with Microsoft Office and contract management tools such as Aconex or Procore. • Knowledge of commercial construction contracts, contract types and delivery methods. • Experience on large‑scale, complex data‑center or mission‑critical projects. • Ability to manage multiple contracts and stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment. • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, compliance standards and SOX controls. • Professional certifications (e.g., MRICS, CCM, PMP, CPCM) are a plus. • Willingness to work onsite 3‑5 days per week at the Mt. Pleasant, WI data centre.

Benefits

The position offers a base salary between $80,000 and $110,000, with compensation adjusted based on experience and qualifications.
